We were all seating tired after a long-day's work running errands to ensure that the event ran smoothly. And then Malebo said "I did not enjoy the event today, hardly had a chance to catch-up with anyone, let alone have a meal. All we did was cook and clean. How great would it be if we had just hired a team to do all that so we can actually have some family time?" And just like that we gave birth to Dibutswitse, all in the spirit of ensuring that when you have a family-related event, or any event at all, you can sit back relax and enjoy the festivities without having to worry about the dishes, if the food is enough for everyone, or the menu, etc. Dibutswitse! (they are well-cooked & ready), you can relax.

Bringing people together is our thing. We may get a lot of things wrong, but this one thing, we do it well. The bold flavors of African cuisine is what inspires our cooking. Unwritten recipes that have been shared in open fires by our grandparents and ancestors are what guides us in the kitchen.
